Why Did You Choose Podiatry as A Career?
I’ve always been a people person and have taken great interest in getting people back to being active and healthy. While studying I’ve worked as a dancing and swimming teacher, teaching from the ages of 8 months old to 80 years old. I’ve always wanted to have a career in helping people and had a great interest in the sciences of the human body. Podiatry is one of the few health professions where people can leave feeling better than they came in. Podiatry is a career that I can continue to grow and expand my knowledge within and is so rewarding.
What Area of Podiatry Do You Most Enjoy?
I enjoy working with children and getting them back to feeling their best and being active. I also enjoy managing patients with chronic diseases and rehabilitating patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
