The role will focus on providing excellent reception service for our wonderful clients, as well as the general running of the clinic.

The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class. You'll be responsible for reception and administration duties. You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

  • You are somebody who communicates well, and possesses a great phone manner. You smile when you answer the phone, and always go the extra mile to help out.
  • You are well educated and a quick learner. You have great computer skills, and are willing to learn our internal systems.
  • You enjoy working regularly with social media and are comfortable with marketing in a variety of online platforms — Facebook, Instagram and blogging.

  • You have great integrity. You are trustworthy and honest.

  • No nursing home visits
  • 45 minute initial appointment times
  • 30 minute repeat appointment times
  • 90 minute podiatry training fortnightly
  • Monthly 1:1 meeting with the director
  • Regular peer observations
  • Performance reviews every 3 months
  • Paid non-clinical time every day
  • 1 hour lunch breaks
  • Varied caseload — general care, plenty of children, the elderly, sub elite athletes, heel pain galore, and moderate diabetes patients

Are you the brilliant podiatrist we are looking for? If so, you will be:

  • Incredibly passionate about helping people move well and feel great.
  • Relentless in your pursuit of excellence, willing to stretch beyond your comfort level.
  • Constantly seeking to grow yourself, personally and professionally.
  • Someone who has a proven track record of building and maintaining a private practice caseload.
  • Someone who enjoys having fun both within, and outside of the workplace, and someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.

You will be responsible for:

  • Independently managing patients (assessment, diagnosis, planning and treatment)
  • Communicating with any relevant parties (GPs, specialists, sports clubs, etc)
  • Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients.
  • Conducting activities such as community seminars, regular staff in-services and practice-based non-clinical activities.

You will be measured against a set of Clinical Excellence Indicators, such as your utilisation rate, PVA, client touch-points, and content creation.
