How to Share Your Feedback

Please email your feedback to:

To help us respond as efficiently as possible, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your preferred contact number
  • The date of your appointment, if applicable
  • A description of your feedback, compliment, suggestion or concern
  • The outcome you are hoping to achieve, where applicable

Supporting documents or photographs may also be attached if relevant.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your email:

  • We will acknowledge your correspondence within three (3) business days.
  • Your feedback will be reviewed by the appropriate member of our leadership team.
  • If further information is required, we will contact you.
  • We will investigate any concerns fairly, respectfully and confidentially.
  • Where appropriate, we will work with you to achieve a reasonable resolution.

Some matters may require additional investigation. If this is the case, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
