Why did you choose podiatry as a career?
I’ve always had a firm belief in life that everything happens for a reason. After spending a few years working in retail after finishing school, I knew I wanted to work in healthcare, but had no idea what field to choose. When I missed out on applying for Occupational Therapy, I decided to give Podiatry a go (worst case, I could always cross-credit right?).
Seeing first-hand the diverse areas of Podiatry you could specialise in, and how you can have such a positive impact on people’s lives confirmed that Podiatry was the field for me.
What area of Podiatry are you most interested in?
I enjoy all areas of podiatry, particularly Musculoskeletal, and Surgery (Ingrown Toenails).
What’s your favourite thing(s) to do outside of the clinic?
If I’m not at the gym or attending Muay Thai classes, you’ll probably see me at the markets (mostly at the food stalls).
What sporting team / person are you most passionate about?
Tawanchai (Seriously, look him up!).
If you had a foot or ankle concern why would you book with the Undefeeted team?
I think the most frustrating part about a foot or ankle injury is not the pain, but the inability to still do the things you enjoy. We strive to do the best that we can to help you on your journey to achieve your goals and get back on your feet (excuse the pun).
What do you love most about being a part of the team at Undefeeted Podiatry?
As a team, we all know our strengths and weaknesses, and being able to aid and support one another to give the best treatment possible for our patients.
